This animated film was created for the documentary “L’impero di marmo. La straordinaria pietra che rese splendida Roma” (The Marble Empire. The Marvellous Stone that made Rome Splendid) by Folco Quilici.
The video is the entire 3D graphical reconstruction of the journey by sea of a marble column, from the quarry in Egypt to Rome.
